Approved Funding for Winter Avenue Redesign

The Board approved funding for the redesign of Winter Avenue at Bridge street.

This project will expand on the 2020 streetscape and outdoor seating pilot project by creating permanent outdoor seating infrastructure, widening the sidewalk and creating a safer pedestrian crosswalk at Bridge Street. The funds for this project will support engineering design and public engagement. Design work is expected to take approximately 4 months with the potential for construction in the fall of 2023.

Funds were approved not to exceed $37,500.
