The Grand Rapids Downtown Development Authority Board meets tomorrow morning – Wednesday October 11, 2017.
The meeting begins at 8AM in the office of Downtown Grand Rapids Inc. located at 29 Pearl Street NW.
Agenda highlights include Board consideration of:
- Funding to design several safety improvements in the public realm for Downtown pedestrians and bicyclists.
- A grant to support a storefront renovation for a new business on Monroe Center.
- Funding to develop a playbook for guiding good streetscape design in Downtown.
The Board also will receive an informational presentation on the dynamics of foot traffic during ArtPrize 9.
