The Grand Rapids Downtown Development Authority (DDA) Board meets Wednesday, March 8, 2017.

The meeting begins at 8AM in the office of Downtown Grand Rapids Inc. located at 29 Pearl Street NW.

Agenda highlights include Board consideration of:

  • Support for work to enhance flood protection and improve public access along the riverfront at the south end of Ah-Nab-Awen Park. (Gillett Bridge to Pearl Street)
  • Consent for a PILOT (payments in lieu of taxes) program to support renovation of the Keeler Building at 56 N Division Avenue.
  • Support for the reconstruction of Veterans Memorial Park located east of the GR Children’s Museum at Fulton St and Sheldon Blvd.
